I’ve been buying this hair mask for 15 years; for me, it was unbeatable. The best I’ve ever tried. But this latest bottle smells different, much stronger and fruitier, even unpleasantly so, and it doesn’t leave my hair the same. It’s much drier and lifeless compared to before. I thought maybe it was just my hair, but I had a little left from the old bottle, and when I used it again, the difference was spectacular. So, like the recent reviews, I think they’ve changed the formula without warning, deceiving the customer. I’m terribly disappointed and sad because I don’t know if I’ll ever find another one like it.

The scent was incredible; it became part of my personal fragrance. It’s a shame they’ve changed the ingredients. It has twice as many and they’ve removed the keratin. Now it smells like a cheap mask, it doesn’t soften my hair at all, and it leaves it feeling like straw. Apparently, they’ve also changed the shampoo from the same line, so I’m going to stop buying it and stop trusting L’Oréal for trying to deceive us like this. What a shame :(

They’ve changed the formula, but the bottle is exactly the same, so it’s a complete rip-off. The new one is awful; it’s nothing like the original. It’s like a bad knock-off from Shein, and it leaves your hair feeling rough. L’Oréal, at the very least, warn customers on the bottle that it’s a new formula and don’t deceive them. Customers trust that they’re buying their usual product only to find something worse and completely different. I don’t know what you gain from these bad practices, but I do know what you lose: brand prestige and trust. As a long-time customer, I will never buy anything from your brand again. I feel completely cheated.

It leaves your hair very soft and strong. I recommend it if you have split or frizzy hair.
