This is the first of step of beauty regimen. Wet a cotton ball with it and apply to your face and eyes to remove makeup and cleanse skin. No rinsing required.
It removes make-up well without leaving the eye area oily, but if your eye is heavily made up or with waterproof make-up it costs a lot, especially on the eyelashes, that does not bite my eyes with it.
