Apply Cuticle Cream around the nails, specifically at the base, also on the tips of the fingers if your skin is cracked. Massage in circular motions and let it penetrate. Caution: Never apply nail polish without removing any oil from the nails using nail polish remover. Cuticle Cream leaves an oily layer and nail polish may not adhere properly.
