How to use:

Gently brush your teeth before each application.
Wash and dry your hands.
Remove the pre-filled tray from the sealed pouch and immediately place it in your mouth, ensuring the gel is in contact with the surface of your teeth. Activate the gel by pushing the tray toward your teeth. Both upper and lower teeth can be whitened at the same time.
Gently place your lips over the tray, carefully closing your mouth. Caution: Biting too firmly will cause the gel to ooze through the tray and spill out of the area where it contacts your teeth.
Remove the tray after 20 minutes and discard it immediately. Gently rinse any gel left on your teeth and gums with water. If any microbeads remain between your teeth, they can be removed with dental floss.
