BEFORE FIRST USE:

• The first time you use the menstrual cup you must sterilize it.
• Fill a saucepan with water, when the water is boiling, immerse the glass for 3-4 minutes.
• Remove the glass and let it cool upside down.
• At the end of each menstrual cycle it is recommended to repeat this process to keep the cup perfectly clean.

PLACEMENT:

Wash your hands thoroughly and adopt the position that feels most comfortable to you (sitting on the toilet, standing, squatting...).

You have two options to fold the cup:

• A. Press the sides of the cup together and then fold the cup in half to form a 'U' shape.
• B. Place one finger on the top edge of the cup and press inward to form a triangle. Insert the cup toward the tailbone or base of the spine. The ideal placement of the cup is lower than that of tampons.

Once inserted into the vagina, release the cup and it will open and adapt.

To check if it is correctly positioned, turn it 360º by holding it by the base (above the handle).

If it is correctly placed, it should turn easily. REMOVAL: Empty the cup at least once every 12 hours, depending on the intensity of your menstrual flow.

Adopt the position that you feel most comfortable in (sitting on the toilet, standing, squatting...), find the sleeve at the base of the cup.

You can help yourself by pushing with your abdominal/pelvic muscles to remove it more easily.

Gently pull until enough is released so that you can hold it firmly by the base.

Once you have completely removed it, empty the contents into the toilet.
