Apply sunscreen before sun exposure and reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after sweating, swimming or drying off. Apply generously. Reducing the amount significantly reduces the level of protection. Do not stay in the sun for too long, even when using sunscreen. Do not expose babies and small children to direct sunlight. Overexposure to the sun is a serious health hazard. Do not expose yourself to the sun during the hottest hours of the day, i.e. from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Wear protective clothing (wide-brimmed hat, glasses, T-shirt, etc.). Avoid contact with eyes.
